Bioinformatics Analyst

We have an active search for a bioinformatics analyst to work on a project on the virome and bacterial microbiome of patients in a clinical case-control cohort. This involves integrating analyses of NGS data with clinical parameters. Our lab has strong expertise in bioinformatic analyses of virome and bacterial microbiome studies. Therefore, this would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has programming skills that is looking to make a difference in personalized medicine.


  • M.S. in bioinformatics, computational biology or statistics.

  • Experience with one or more of the following: Python, Perl, and R.


Research Technician

We currently are not hiring research technicians.

Graduate Students

The Lim Lab anticipates recruiting one graduate student to join the lab in the 2018-2019 academic year.

We take graduate students through the School of Life Sciences Microbiology and Molecular/Cellular Biology (MCB) graduate degree program at the Arizona State University.
